A list of Skype version partner IDs and what they mean:

If you don't know what a partner ID is, it's the number at the third part of the version string:
Skype x.x.x (<- this).xxx (example: 6.18.99.106)

Skype used to partner with multiple companies, most common being internet portals.
In addition to Skype partnering with these companies, they made their own versions
whose differences ranged from a single digit being changed in the version string,
to a new UI with the partner getting their own ads embedded in the app, their logo
in the about screen etc. A good example of this is e-kolay, which had their logo
always visible in the background of the main window and they even had their own
"e-kolay" tab. This was in the Skype 3 days where Skype still had a tabbed interface.

e-kolay was a Turkish internet portal.

1 (example: 2.0.1.81):
- Skype-PChome partner EXE-only installer.

2 (example: 2.5.2.151):
- Skype-Packard Bell EXE-only installer.

- Skype-TOM partner EXE-only installer. TOM was the partner that brought Skype to China before GMF took over.

6 (example: 1.4.6.84):
- Skype-livedoor partner EXE-only installer.

7 (example: 3.0.7.205):
- Skype-Buffalo partner EXE-only installer.

9 (not found in archive):
- Skype-Daum partner EXE-only installer.

11:
- Only seen in Skype 1.4.11.78 & Skype 2.0.15.43 Beta, partner Onet.

- Only seen in Skype 2.5.12.154, partner Jubii.

- Skype-U3 partner EXE-only installer. Runs only on specialized hardware.

- Only seen in Skype 1.4.15.85 & Skype 2.0.15.43 Beta, partner Maktoob.

- Skype-Chinagate partner EXE-only installer.

17 (not found in archive):
- Skype-PacNet partner EXE-only installer.

- Only seen in Skype 2.0.18.105 & Skype 2.5.18.82 Beta, partner unknown.

- Only seen in Skype 2.0.19.76, partner eBay.co.uk.

24:
- Only seen in Skype 2.0.24.79, partner Bebo.

32 (example: 5.8.32.154):
- Standard official Skype MSI-only installer. This partner ID was used for "Skype for Business", which was just an MSI-deployable version of Skype.

49:
- Skype-"e-kolay" partner EXE-only installer.

57 (not found in archive):
- Skype-Excite partner EXE-only installer.

59 (example: 5.5.59.124):
- Standard official Skype EXE/MSI installer.

60 (example: 6.0.60.120):
- Standard official Skype EXE-only installer.

63:
- Only seen in Skype 6.18.63.106 & Skype 7.6.63.105 as MSI-only installers, partner PrivatBank.

- Skype-Excite partner MSI-only installer.

81:
- Standard official Skype EXE/MSI installer. Used only in Skype 6.22.81.104 & 6.22.81.105. These were beta versions of Skype 7.

85 (example: 6.21.85.104):
- Skype-Bebo partner EXE-only installer.

99:
- Skype-GMF partner EXE/MSI installer. GMF was the successor to TOM in bringing Skype to China.

152:
- Only seen in Skype 5.0.152.259 as an MSI installer, partner unknown.

999:
- Only seen in Skype 6.1.999.130 as an EXE installer. Presumably an official Skype installer.
