The files in here are U3 packages, so they'll only run on special hardware, now you might be asking, what's a U3 package?

Basically, U3 was a joint venture between SanDisk and M-Systems which allowed you to run Windows software
from special U3 USB drives. These USB drives had the U3 Launchpad installed and is a sort-of program
manager for U3 apps/packages. U3 apps also clean up their own data when exiting, kinda like an incognito mode 
and will only run from a U3 drive.
