This portion is organized a little bit differently than the others,
not by version but instead by package manager/OS.

A Skype for Linux RPM installer's name is usually built up in this format:
skype-x.x.x.xx-os/package-manager.i586.rpm

Example of this format:
skype-1.2.0.21-1mdk.i586.rpm

A Skype for Linux DEB installer's name is usually built up in this format:
skype-debian-x.x.x.xx-1_i386/amd64.deb
